The ideal candidate has 5+ years of delivery leadership, with Microsoft tech experience and a proven track record in complex cross-functional programs, in a hybrid delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/IS/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years leading technical projects with delivery focus.
• Experience with data, APIs, integrations, or cloud-based systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, especially Azure/Power Platform.
• Proven success delivering complex cross-functional tech initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the full delivery lifecycle for AI initiatives from use case to production.
• Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and resource plans.
• Drive execution across engineering, analytics, governance, IT, security, and stakeholders.
• Provide visibility into project health, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate delivery routines (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Coordinate activities to move AI solutions into production with governance checks.
• Serve as primary delivery contact for assigned AI initiatives.
• Develop reusable templates, reporting standards, and process improvements.
