Tundra Technical Solutions seeks an experienced leader to drive Cai for HR and related AI initiatives in an on-site Philadelphia role. You will bridge business stakeholders, HR partners, architects, and developers to deliver end-to-end AI governance and platform solutions.

You will guide design of agent solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Dataverse, ensuring privacy, security, and responsible AI. This role emphasizes governance, adoption metrics, and cross-team coordination.

Qualificações

• Power Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Apps are required.
• Microsoft Teams and SharePoint integration experience desired.
• API and connector integration experience is important.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Cai for HR and other AAIHR initiatives from intake to deployment.
• Translate business needs into prioritized requirements, user stories, and delivery plans.
• Manage backlog, release schedules, testing, deployment activities, and production readiness.
• Coordinate across HR stakeholders, architects, developers, HR Technology, and T&P GTO teams.
• Provide guidance on Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dataverse, and agent solution design.
• Drive governance, risk management, and adherence to Responsible AI, privacy, and security standards.
• Monitor adoption, usage, and business value metrics with continuous improvement opportunities.
• Develop executive communications, roadmap updates, status reporting, and stakeholder engagement materials.

Primary Objective:

Provide end-to-end leadership for the design, development, deployment, and adoption of Cai for HR and other strategic AAIHR initiatives by serving as the bridge between business stakeholders, HR partners, architects, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of Cai for HR and other AAIHR agent initiatives from intake through deployment.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $64.72/hour - $101.13/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
