Job summary

RapidScale is seeking an AI and Agentic Transformation Consultant to lead Data and AI Strategy engagements for enterprise and SMB clients. You will drive advisory workshops, executive-level strategy sessions, and governance design while enabling 50% travel to customer sites and conferences.

You’ll translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes, build executive business cases, and contribute to IP assets and go-to-market offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology consulting with strategy and delivery experience
• Experience leading AI and Data strategy engagements for enterprise clients
• Hands-on with at least one major cloud AI platform and familiarity with a second
• Knowledge of agentic AI: orchestration, tools, memory, LLM evaluation
• Experience mapping business processes and selecting implementation patterns
• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills
• Experience building/advising on AI governance frameworks

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level AI strategy sessions, workshops, and interviews
• Design AI governance frameworks and risk models for enterprises
• Help stand up AI Centers of Excellence with operating models and teams
• Translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes and co-create business cases
• Contribute to IP assets, playbooks, and GTM offerings
• Architect AI and agentic solutions across no-code, low-code, pro-code
• Design workflow approaches and agent orchestration patterns
• Advise on data foundations (data lakes, lakehouses, modern platforms)
• Support pre-sales with scoping, design, and proposals
• Evaluate emerging AI/data tech and contribute to knowledge base
• Manage project workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Maintain engagement health: scope, timeline, risk, satisfaction
• Represent RapidScale at industry events
