Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in technology or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Digital fluency with technology, data, and basic AI concepts.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites on short notice.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Understand how nonprofits and organizations function from business and tech perspectives.
• Assist in building AI, data engineering, and data science solutions.
• Support proposal development and client presentations with research and materials.
• Help develop recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
• Assist in planning engagements for public and private organizations.
• Analyze data and synthesize findings into insights.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Prepare business cases and financial models.
• Collaborate across engagements and contribute to practice development.
