Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 in the Chicago area to contribute to requirements elicitation, design discussions, coding, testing, and deployment support across the SDLC. You will document decisions, review code, and help maintain high software quality while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Ideal candidates have Databricks and PySpark experience, with exposure to Gen AI concepts. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required; relocation/travel may be needed and US work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education considered.
• Candidates authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship are welcome to apply; Infosys cannot provide visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Document assigned parts of business requirements and guide design decisions.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document decisions for the development team.
• Participate in coding and integrate features, maintaining system stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training, documentation, and support frameworks for new software.
