Job summary

Nyla Technology Solutions is seeking cleared technologists to contribute to mission‑critical DoD/IC programs in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. The roles cover AI/ML, data, software, DevSecOps, cloud, systems, and cybersecurity.

Positions require active clearance (Secret/TS/SCI or poly) and a bachelor’s degree in a related field, with hands-on experience in secure software and cloud integrations. On-site work in Washington, DC area with competitive compensation.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $220,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.

Required Skills

• Technical Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with modern development and cloud technologies, including:
• Languages: Python, Java, C++, Go, or JavaScript
• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes
• DevOps Tools: Docker, Terraform, or CI/CD pipelines
• Data Platforms: SQL, Spark, Databricks, or distributed data architectures
• Systems Integration: Experience with API development and cloud‑native application development
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within mission‑focused, cross‑functional technical teams

Education & Experience

• Clearance: Active Secret, TS/SCI, or Fully‑Cleared with Poly
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
• Experience: Hands‑on experience developing, integrating, or securing complex software and cloud environments

Desired Skills

• Experience with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or MLOps frameworks
• Demonstrated practice with DevSecOps methodologies and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Knowledge of advanced cybersecurity engineering principles and threat mitigation within cleared spaces
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern software lifecycle management
