Job summary

Airtm is seeking a data scientist to empower product and business decisions with analytics, experimentation, and data science. You will define metrics, validate data, and own Tableau dashboards and data fields end-to-end, while shaping AI-powered agentic workflows for scalable analysis.

You will collaborate with product teams, build analytics foundations with SQL/dbt, and design experiments, reports, and dashboards to drive day-to-day decision making across the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks and production workflows.
• Strong SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Experience with dbt and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI agent workflows to automate recurring analytical tasks.
• Evaluate and integrate LLM-based tools into analytics workflows.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to define metrics and KPIs.
• Build and maintain analytics foundation using SQL and dbt.
• Design and maintain Tableau dashboards for day-to-day decision making.
• Perform A/B testing, statistical inference, and result interpretation.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with stakeholders to iterate on metrics and dashboards.
