Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or a related technical or analytical discipline
• Strong programming skills, preferably in Python, with experience working with data and analytical libraries
• Familiarity with SQL and working with structured or unstructured datasets
• Foundational knowledge of statistics, machine learning, data science, or artificial intelligence concepts
• Exposure to machine learning frameworks, generative AI, large language models, or AI development tools is a plus
• Interest in applying AI and data science to real‑world business problems; prior financial markets experience is not required
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an ability to approach complex or ambiguous problems thoughtfully
• Intellectual curiosity and an interest in learning about financial markets, electronic trading, and financial technology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and analytical findings clearly
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical colleagues
