Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant software development, solution development, or related technical field.
• Hands-on development, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) and Copilot Studio.
• Experience with data analytics and Power BI.
• Experience integrating solutions with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Experience using Visual Studio Code.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional technical solutions.
• Ability to learn and apply rapidly evolving AI tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
• Build and support Copilot-based solutions to improve workflows and user experiences.
• Develop process automation to streamline business activities and reduce manual effort.
• Create Power BI reports and dashboards translating data into insights.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint for data access and collaboration.
• Translate business requirements and technical specs into reliable code.
• Test, debug, troubleshoot, and enhance solutions for performance and usability.
• Prepare technical documentation for installation, support, and maintenance.
• Evaluate emerging Microsoft and AI capabilities and apply them to business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver AI/automation/analytics solutions.
