The Opportunity

We are investing heavily in our AI & Data practice. You will work with teams to help clients leverage AI responsibly, focusing on governance, ethics, fairness, transparency, and risk management. This role offers opportunities to expand your knowledge on AI regulations and develop your skills in a high-growth area.

Your Role

As a Senior AI Native Engineer, you will research, build, and implement scalable AI systems, enhance data pipelines, and collaborate with data professionals. Your responsibilities include:

• Developing scalable AI solutions meeting business needs.
• Optimizing data pipelines for accuracy and integrity.
• Monitoring and improving AI model performance.
• Travel may be required for client engagement.

Skills and Attributes

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, with a focus on ethical AI practices and risk mitigation. You should be able to guide teams, understand client needs, and stay updated on industry trends.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, etc.).
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• 3-6 years in AI risk management or related fields.
• Experience in AI ethics, data science, and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and cloud platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or certifications in AI ethics or related areas.
• Experience with Generative AI, CI/CD, and model deployment.
