Job summary

GDIT is seeking a Solutions Architect Sr Principal, an AI Data Analysis and Metrics Lead, to join our Strategic Estimation team. You will lead data gathering, analysis, and visualization efforts, applying AI tools to drive metrics, BOE development, and cost estimation across complex federal opportunities.

Collaborating with the AI COE and Luna AI teams, you will create automated data workflows, benchmarks, and dashboards that inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM-related field required.
• 10+ Years of related IT experience in enterprise IT solutions for federal customers (AI, data, cloud, etc.).
• 5+ Years Experience solutioning enterprise IT technology for federal deals $100M+.
• 3+ Years Experience with BOEs and staffing rationale for large opportunities.
• Experience with Data Gathering, Data Analysis, Data Visualization, and AI tools.
• Passion for a data-driven culture and using data to drive strategy.
• MS Excel and MS 365 proficiency; migrating data for analysis and reporting.
• Experience with SharePoint, Tableau/Minerva and AI/scripting tools (Python, R, PowerShell, ChatGPT).
• IT certifications related to IT technologies; ITIL or PMP beneficial.
• U.S. Citizen required; ability to obtain Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead data metrics gathering, analysis, and visualization efforts, including extensive AI usage.
• Provide BOE and technology estimation expertise for proposals and programs.
• Develop automated scripting tools to accelerate data metrics collection.
• Collaborate with AI COE, Luna AI teams, and other SMEs on estimation.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Maintain and upgrade the Metrics Repository and related workflows.
