Job summary
eNGINE is hiring a Manager of AI and Data Engineering to lead the organization’s AI initiatives and develop talent in the AI space. This role owns the technical vision and architecture across AI platforms, guiding alignment with business and IT stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will define standards for Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake, drive enterprise-scale AI programs, and mentor engineers across the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of hands-on data and AI engineering, including ML, analytics, or intelligent automation.
- Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale production AI solutions.
- Exceptional communication and influence skills.
Responsibilities
- Establish technical standards, solution architectures, and engineering patterns for AI initiatives.
- Lead technology decisions involving AI platforms, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies for enterprise applicability.
- Create scalable architectural patterns balancing innovation, maintainability, security, and cost.
- Serve as the coach for AI engineering across the organization.
- Design and evolve AI platform capabilities across Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Establish platform strategies for Generative AI, RAG, ML, agent frameworks, vector search, and automation.
