Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 10+ years of AI/data experience, and proven leadership in delivering data-driven solutions within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

This Director manages and directs the execution of data management strategies, overseeing the development and deployment of data management solutions, both business and technical, to enhance business processes and system performance. Leads cross-team collaboration, drives innovation and continuous improvement, enforces governance standards, manages multiple teams, and influences leadership business decisions by designing and implementing solutions to solve real-world challenges.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in AI and data with progressive management responsibilities.

• 4. Strong knowledge of AI models, data architectures, and analytics methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1. Master’s degree in relevant technical or business discipline.
• 2. Experience in the financial services industry.
• 3. Expertise in solution designs based upon business requirements.
• 4. Strong knowledge of data lineage and master/reference data tools and technologies.
• 5. Experience in building financial services strategies and architectures for implementing data domains models and ownership, designating authoritative data sources, and/or authorized provisioning points.
• 6. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and data governance frameworks
• 7. Experience designing and implementing business and technical controls to mitigate data risks within business processes.
