• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and data partners.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer goals into assessment scopes and delivery plans with clear assumptions.
• Coordinate DataLab, engineering, commercial teams and data partners through delivery stages.
• Oversee partner specifications and data-readiness checks across EHR, claims, imaging, pathology sources.
• Serve as primary delivery contact, communicating progress, risks, and trade-offs to customers.
• Assess feasibility and recommend scope, data sources, or execution options based on value and risk.
• Coordinate data-quality, privacy, scientific, and technical readiness reviews before work advances.
• Manage changing requirements and competing projects, prioritizing to optimize timing and deliverables.
• Build reusable playbooks for intake, feasibility, QA, handoffs, escalation and acceptance.
• Use delivery evidence to drive process improvements and quantify customer value.
