Job summary

BizLink Group seeks a Power Architect to define the architecture for power connectors, liquid-cooled busbars, and power whips for AI servers and racks. You will ensure compliance with electrical safety and thermal management, collaborating with Sales, PLM, and R&D to align roadmaps and customer needs.

This senior role leads design optimization, power estimation, and performance vs. cost metrics, while engaging in industry consortia to advance partnerships and reference architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in power architecture for high-density systems (100kW-1MW/rack).
• Experience with liquid-cooled power designs and high-current delivery up to 3,000A.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize power distribution for AI servers (connectors, cables, busbars, whips).
• Ensure compliance with IEC/IEEE standards and safety regulations.
• Perform power estimation and modeling for performance vs. power.
• Collaborate with OEMs, chip vendors, and data-center operators to optimize power delivery.
• Represent the company in industry consortia to drive standardization and partnerships.
