Job summary

Designworks Talent seeks an Operations & Maintenance Engineer for a hybrid Bellevue, WA role focused on post-launch monitoring, incident response, and reliability of a next-generation AI infrastructure platform.

You will work with Engineering, Infrastructure, Networking, and Hardware teams to build a scalable operating system and exceptional customer experience while contributing to runbooks and on-call practices as the platform grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center operations, site reliability, or infra ops with GPU/large-scale compute.
• Strong incident response and troubleshooting across hardware, networking, systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live data center and GPU infrastructure for performance, capacity, and reliability.
• Lead or support incident response for production issues to resolve quickly.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure first-class monitoring and tooling.
