Job summary

Sanmina Fremont is seeking a motivated Assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble complex mechanical and electro-mechanical systems powering data centers, following blueprints and drawings, with emphasis on quality and safety.

The role requires good hand-eye coordination, ability to read engineering prints, and willingness to work overtime to meet production goals. ITAR facility; US Citizen or lawful permanent resident; opportunities for skill development.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of related production or electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Able to read and interpret engineering prints, schematics and drawings.
• Experience with calibrated instruments such as calipers and torque wrenches.
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex mechanical and electro-mechanical systems per blueprints and drawings.
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools and maintain quality standards.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Meet production deadlines while multitasking and prioritizing workload.
• Perform in-process testing to identify defects.
