Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Technical Project Manager with GPU experience to lead delivery for AI data center builds and software teams in the Bay Area. This contract-to-hire role coordinates between general contractors, vendors, and a Silicon Valley software group to keep complex, multi-track projects on time and on target.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical project management experience in both infrastructure and software environments.
• Proven Agile/scrum experience managing engineering teams including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors, vendors, and manufacturers on large-scale data center projects.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple workstreams in fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own project tracking and delivery across two core workstreams: site builds and software/engineering sprints.
• Coordinate with general contractors, vendors, and manufacturers to align timelines and commitments.
• Run Agile ceremonies and ensure cross-team collaboration and accountability.
