Job summary

Superside is seeking an accomplished illustrator to craft original visuals for branding, campaigns, editorial content, social media, and digital experiences. You will develop narrative-driven systems, align with existing brand guidelines, and use Generative AI to accelerate exploration while preserving strong artistic direction.

The role emphasizes collaboration with creatives, PMs, and clients across distributed teams, maintaining high craft quality and scalable visual assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional illustration experience with a portfolio showcasing strong conceptual and narrative work.
• Excellent drawing fundamentals, including anatomy, composition, perspective, form, and visual storytelling.
• Proven ability to work within established brand systems and illustration guidelines.
• Strong proficiency in English communication and collaboration across distributed teams.
• Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback, iteration, and experimentation.
• Curiosity for emerging technologies and how they can enhance illustration workflows.

• Manage multiple projects while balancing independent ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
