Gramian Consultancy seeks experienced SMEs in psychology, social work, counseling, qualitative research, HCI, and related advisory fields to support AI conversation evaluation research. You will review conversations, assess context gathering, and provide structured feedback to improve conversational quality.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work or equivalent.
• LCSW/LICSW/LMSW license or equivalent.
• Experience in client assessment, case review, counseling.

Responsabilités

• Review AI conversations involving real-world interpersonal situations.
• Identify missing context and suggest follow-up questions.
• Evaluate whether additional information would change AI recommendations.
• Distinguish essential vs non-essential details in conversations.
• Conduct qualitative reviews using structured guidelines.
• Assess factors: personal, psychological, social, financial, organizational.
• Identify opportunities to clarify and gather more information.
• Review conversations about relationships, work, education, family, wellbeing.
• Collaborate with research teams for consistent assessments.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, and deadlines.
