We are seeking an experienced AI Contractor to support our non-profit organization in developing and integrating artificial intelligence solutions that advance our mission. This project-based role will focus on designing ethical, scalable AI tools that improve program delivery, enhance community engagement, and enable data-driven decision-making. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the contractor will ensure all AI initiatives are aligned with our organizational values, social impact goals, and the highest standards of responsible innovation. Key Responsibilities:

• Needs Assessment and Strategy Development:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can advance The Company's mission and operational goals.
• Develop and implement an AI strategy tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities of The Company and its constituents
• AI System Design and Implementation:
• Design, develop, and maintain AI models and applications that address specific organizational needs, such as automating routine tasks, enhancing data analysis, elevating staff productivity, and enhancing delivery of member services.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
• Data Management and Analysis - partner with Data and Analytics Team to:
• Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and storage to support AI initiatives.
• Apply machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights from large datasets, aiding in program development and strategic planning.
• Ethical AI Practices:
• Ensure all AI applications comply with data privacy regulations and uphold ethical standards, reflecting The Company's commitment to responsible AI use.
• Develop guidelines and best practices for ethical AI deployment within the organization.
• Capacity Building and Training:
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate staff on AI capabilities and applications relevant to their roles.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation in AI technologies.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
• Implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions, ensuring they meet intended outcomes and contribute positively to the organization's mission.
• Continuously refine AI models for improved accuracy and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Translate complex AI concepts and findings into accessible language for non technical stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Prepare reports and presentations that demonstrate the impact of AI initiatives on organizational objectives.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Professional Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in data and analytics or machine-learning fields.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or R.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with data modeling, software architecture, and cloud platforms like Azure or Google Cloud.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and develop AI solutions that address specific organizational challenges.

• Communication and Collaboration:
