Insurify in Cambridge, MA is seeking an experienced Editor to lead AI-driven content workflows. You will edit, fact-check, and QA AI-generated content, ensuring alignment with AP style and brand guidelines.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to manage content from ideation to publication, tracking new AI tools and launching experiments to improve quality and efficiency. A strong editorial judgment and SEO expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content creation.
• Proficient with generative AI platforms, prompt engineering, and content editing.
• Strong SEO strategies and translating keyword data into editorial improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, testing, and refining AI workflows to produce editorial content in our brand voice.
• Edit, fact-check, and QA AI-generated content to maintain relevance, usefulness, and clarity.
• Ensure content aligns with AP style and our proprietary style guides.
• Collaborate with editors, SEO, and cross-functional partners to manage content cycles from ideation to publication.
• Track new AI tools and innovations to position Insurify as a leader in ethical AI use.
• Ideate, launch, and track AI experiments to improve workflow efficiency and content quality.
• Roll out new AI workflows with documentation, training materials, and best practices.
• Train editors and writers on AI tools through live sessions and 1:1 support.
