Overview

This is a remote position. The AI Content Strategist ensures that employees can intuitively access and understand the expanding AI ecosystem by creating clear, engaging and accessible content tailored for the AI SharePoint site and other supporting assets. By simplifying complex AI concepts this role removes barriers to adoption and empowers colleagues to confidently work side by side with the suite of AI tools. As the trusted architect of the Knowledge Hub, the AI Content Strategist organizes resources, streamlines navigation, and develops best-in-class content strategies that help employees quickly find what they need.

Leveraging your understanding of UX fundamentals and creativity, you'll partner cross-functionally with various technical teams and communication specialists to help develop content, assets and templates. Also, you'll identify opportunities to incorporate data, visuals and images to support key messages.

The AI Content Strategist will:

Develop Content
  • Organize and update the AI Learning Hub so colleagues can easily find what they need.
  • Support organizational change management efforts to support AI adoption including creating and socializing content.
  • Author clear, concise, conversational text that helps demystify AI.
  • Write thoughtful, helpful UX microcopy: headings, labels, calls to action etc.
  • Create and edit PowerPoint decks as needed
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of style guides, content playbooks, and standards.
  • Analyze usage data, user research and insights to enhance content accessibility and user navigation.
  • Participate in developing and refining our voice and tone.
  • Work from and advocate for UX writing best practices.
  • Refine content metadata and attributes.
Collaborate
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, training experts, content strategists, communication specialists, UX/Visual designers, researchers, prototypers, process owners, and engineers to deliver compelling UX solutions.
  • Work with subject matter experts to understand technical information so it can be presented to our broader internal audiences using everyday language.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand key design elements, flows, timelines, goals, and messaging to craft messaging that leaves no question unanswered.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in UX Writing (content design, content strategy, product writing).
  • Expertise with content management systems including SharePoint and Unily.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in writing for multiple channels (web, mobile, email, chatbots, interactive systems).
  • Experience working with establishing frameworks, content patterns, voice and tone guidelines, information architecture, and content hierarchy.
  • Strong grasp of user experience fundamentals and ability to interpret usage data.
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility guidelines.
  • Proven ability to learn new subject matters quickly, implement feedback, give constructive feedback, and positively contribute to a collaborative environment
