Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will rate live AI voice conversations, compare image/video outputs to prompts, and explain discrepancies in writing while working on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates have strong written English, keen attention to detail, and enjoy clear, concise explanations. Prior degree is nice, and you can work from anywhere with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to verify details.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think quickly and explain decisions clearly when both options have flaws.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos against prompts and judge adherence.
• Spot problems like distorted motion, text errors, or audio-video mismatches and explain findings in writing.
• Provide written explanations highlighting what was observed and why.
