Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and participate in live roleplay conversations with AI voice models. You will score exchanges, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain what looked or sounded off, remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for artifacts, distortion, motion issues, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Write a concise, evidence-based explanation in English for what you observed.
