Job summary

LILT is seeking detail-oriented AI reviewers in the United States to support a range of training and evaluation projects. You will evaluate prompts, assess AI-generated outputs, review and correct text, and analyze multimedia content.

Remote work is available with flexible scheduling for a variety of tasks and markets. Ideal candidates are native in the target language with strong English proficiency, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow complex guidelines.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred.
• Comfortable working with both textual and audio/video materials.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently and provide clear feedback.
• High attention to detail and ability to thoroughly and accurately categorize content.

Responsibilities

• Generate or assess content depending on task.
• Deliver culturally relevant and appropriate content using local tone and market fit.
• Spot issues like visual artefacts, translation errors, or cultural mismatches.
• Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement.
• Apply evaluation guidelines consistently and participate in calibration and QA processes.
