Job summary

Aquent Talent, in partnership with a leading technology company, seeks a detail-oriented Content Testing QA specialist for a temporary placement in Redmond, WA. You will design and run test plans for templates, AI-generated content, and prompts, ensuring reliability across platforms.

Responsibilities include manual and automated testing, defect tracking, evaluating AI outputs, developing test scripts, and communicating results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field listed in the ad.
• 2-4 years of experience in content testing/QA/usability testing.
• Experience creating comprehensive test plans and detailed reporting (min 2 years).
• Experience communicating testing outcomes with a focus on content (min 2 years).
• Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for templates, prompt templates, AI-generated content, and other content experiences across platforms.
• Perform manual and automated testing across content platforms and AI-powered experiences.
• Validate content quality, functionality, usability, accessibility, and design fidelity.
• Identify, document, reproduce, and track defects through resolution.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs against defined quality standards and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain test scripts, test cases, and validation frameworks.
