Job summary

EWOR in Charleston, US, is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join a new department focused on cutting-edge initiatives, including an AI Research Lab. You will translate vision into roadmaps and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.

Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocation/remote, you will lead 0-to-1 initiatives with high autonomy and equity upside, reporting to the department founder and collaborating with a world-class team.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives.
• Experience translating high-level strategy into concrete roadmaps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as AI Research Lab.
• Translate vision into execution roadmaps and drive prototype-to-production progress.
• Architect scalable solutions to position the department for rapid growth and possible spin-off.
