Qualifications

• Native-level English fluency and exceptional written communication.
• Experience in technical writing, editing, or content evaluation.
• Strong ability to judge clarity, tone, coherence, and usefulness in technical and instructional content.
• Familiarity with digital platforms for content review, annotation, or evaluation.
• Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness in analysis and documentation.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively in virtual settings.
• Experience with AI systems or model evaluation practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and compare AI-generated responses to specific writing prompts, focusing on clarity, tone, helpfulness, and adherence to instructions.
• Provide comprehensive rationales and scoring, justifying assessments with clear, concise feedback.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the overall quality and instructional value of language model outputs.
• Apply expert judgment to assess subtle differences in writing quality and effectiveness.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail when reviewing content and documenting findings.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and reviewers to ensure consistency and completeness of deliverables.
• Contribute to the project by leveraging advanced written English and analytical skills.
