Job summary

Ad Talent is seeking a hands-on AI enthusiast to build and optimize AI-powered content and automation workflows. You’ll experiment with Claude and other LLMs, script prompts, and connect tools to turn ideas into scalable solutions.

You’ll start by building systems, then grow a team around them, delivering repeatable processes, SOPs and higher content quality. If you’ve built real AI projects and love learning by doing, come join us in shaping our content operation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI content or automation workflows.
• Strong practical knowledge of Claude and LLM workflows.
• Experience with prompting and structuring AI outputs.
• Something real you can show us that you have built.
• Strong English communication skills and curiosity to experiment.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve AI-powered content and automation workflows.
• Use AI for scripting, hooks, captions, images, video and avatars.
• Work with LLMs such as Claude and connect different AI tools.
• Test new tools and turn successful ideas into repeatable systems.
• Create SOPs and improve content quality and efficiency.
• Eventually build, train and lead the AI team.
