Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced and strategic Director, Public Relations — AI and Cloud Infrastructure, to shape the external narrative around AI, data center development, and cloud infrastructure.

You will develop and execute communications strategies that showcase Oracle’s leadership and the positive impact of data center initiatives, working with senior executives across Oracle to drive differentiated storytelling.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in public relations, corporate communications, or technology communications.
• Demonstrated success in strategic communications programs for complex products or initiatives.
• Strong relationships with technology and business media.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local, regional, and national PR strategies for Oracle AI, Cloud Infrastructure, and data center initiatives.
• Shape narratives differentiating Oracle’s data center strategy and its local impact.
• Build and maintain relationships with influential business, technology, AI, and local media.
• Identify news opportunities and emerging conversations to strengthen Oracle’s voice and leadership position.
• Partner with executives to develop messaging, media strategies, thought leadership, and executive communications.
• Lead communications for major announcements and strategic initiatives.
• Provide strategic communications counsel to senior leaders for media engagements and events.
• Monitor competitive activity, media coverage, and industry developments to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with product marketing, development, social, events, legal, and others to deliver integrated programs.
• Establish objectives and measures of success; use insights to improve programs.
• Manage multiple high-profile initiatives in a fast-moving environment with sound judgment.
