Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced public relations leader to shape external narratives around AI, data center development, and cloud infrastructure. The Director, Public Relations – AI and Cloud Infrastructure, will develop and execute communications that highlight Oracle’s leadership, work with executives, and manage high-impact programs across product, engineering, marketing, and community relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in public relations, corporate communications, or technology communications, ideally supporting cloud computing, AI, enterprise tech, local and environmental issues.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic communications programs for complex products, businesses, or social issues.
• Deep understanding of the technology, business, and regional media landscape with established relationships and a track record of securing coverage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local, regional, and national PR strategies for Oracle AI, Cloud Infrastructure, and data center initiatives.
• Shape narratives that differentiate Oracle’s data center development and showcase local community impact.
• Build relationships with influential business, technology, AI, and local media.
• Identify news opportunities, industry trends, and conversations to establish Oracle's voice and leadership.
• Collaborate with executives and SMEs to develop messaging, media strategies, thought leadership, and executive communications.
• Lead communications for major announcements, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders for interviews, events, and industry conversations.
• Monitor competitive activity and emerging issues to manage reputational risk.
