Job summary

Luna Data Solutions, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking an AI Cloud Engineer for a long-term, 100% onsite contract. You will design, build, and deploy AI cloud applications and support AI cloud platforms using cloud-native services.

The role demands hands-on AWS expertise, IaC, CI/CD, Docker/Fargate, and strong troubleshooting across the stack, including security and performance considerations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing and supporting cloud-native apps on AWS.
• 4+ years with Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/Fargate, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch.
• 4+ years CI/CD pipelines (CodePipeline, GitLab, Jenkins).
• 4+ years IaC with Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
• 4+ years cloud networking concepts (VPCs, load balancers, DNS).
• 4+ years Docker/Fargate experience.
• 4+ years scripting in Python/PowerShell/Bash.
• 4+ years cloud security, observability, incident response.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
• Integrate AI tools and techniques into workflows for automation and analytics.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the stack.
