Job summary

Lambda in San Francisco is seeking a Superintelligence Technical Success Engineer to shepherd deployments from contract to a live, production environment. You will validate configurations, coordinates with engineering, and ensure customers achieve their first successful production workload.

A proven track record in GPU/HPC infra, cloud platforms, and large-scale Linux systems is required. This role involves in-office collaboration in SF/SJ four days per week with a designated Tuesday WFH day.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical experience with GPU/HPC infrastructure, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, or large-scale Linux systems.
• Able to validate builds, spot gaps, and coordinate with engineering to resolve issues.
• Strong troubleshooting and written/verbal communication for status updates.

Responsibilities

• Take signed deployments from contract to live production environments, validating configuration and compute against promises.
• Drive issues to resolution by coordinating with engineering and infrastructure teams.
• Own the deployment's technical picture and communicate risks and status to stakeholders.
• Guide customers through onboarding to their first production workload and be the go-to technical contact.
