No prior AI or technical experience is required, and strong written communication helps you articulate insights clearly.

Qualifications

• No AI or technical background required.
• Experience in writing, editing, journalism, research, or QA is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to evaluate responses objectively.

Responsibilities

• Hold conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics.
• Evaluate chatbot responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety.
• Identify issues such as factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistency, or potential bias.
• Design and test prompts to probe AI behavior in edge cases.
• Submit structured, detailed feedback to inform AI improvement.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
