Job summary

Meta is seeking a Program Manager for its Public Affairs — AI Campaign in Menlo Park. You will embed within the campaign's management team, bringing operational rigor to a cross-functional effort spanning communications, marketing, policy, research, legal, and product.

You will build the execution infrastructure, manage rhythms and trackers, and ensure ownership and accountability to keep the campaign on track and scalable as it expands across markets and functions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related strategy, operations, consulting, or program/project management experience.
• Experience building, optimizing, and scaling programs and processes within established teams experiencing growth or transformation.
• Comfortable operating as a trusted partner to senior leaders—influencing without authority and communicating shifting priorities clearly.
• Experience in complex, high-pressure environments where priorities shift quickly and ambiguity is the norm.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to distill complexity into clear updates for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the AI Campaign team to build and maintain cross-functional operating rhythms (meetings, escalations, reviews, reporting cadences, communication channels).
• Translate strategy into execution: build roadmaps, maintain workstream trackers, manage timelines, and ensure clear ownership across the campaign.
• Drive day-to-day status reporting, performance tracking, and budget management; surface risks and dependencies for leadership visibility.
• Develop and scale processes, systems, and templates that improve cross-functional collaboration as the campaign grows.
• Serve as connective tissue across internal functions to ensure alignment and prevent gaps in information flow.
• Support preparation and coordination of leadership reviews, steering committees, and other senior touchpoints.
• Help build repeatable playbooks and best practices for campaign program management as we expand to new issues, markets, and workstreams.
