• 3–4 years of software development experience, preferably in backend systems.
• Experience with Python and building end-to-end features.
• Familiarity with CAD software integration and desktop platforms (Mac/Windows).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems in Python interfacing with CAD software on desktop platforms (Mac OS/Windows).
• Own features end-to-end from concept through production — building data pipelines, backend components, and shipping code at startup speed.
• Collaborate directly with the CTO and founding engineer to define architecture and ship new features rapidly.
• Make pragmatic trade-offs between code quality and speed, understanding technical debt and knowing how to address it later.
