Job summary

Orange Business in New Haven seeks a GenAI implementation professional to lead end-to-end business discovery, map processes, and identify automation opportunities.

You will build executive-level demos, craft value narratives, and contribute hands-on to enterprise chatbots, document processing, and RAG-powered knowledge assistants, working with LangChain and vector databases.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

1. Business Discovery

• FacilitateAI and GenAI opportunity workshopswith business leaders
• Map andanalyze end-to-end business processesand pain points
• Identifyopportunities for automation,augmentation, and GenAI-driven transformation
• Translatebusiness problems into AI/GenAIsolution hypotheses (e.g., copilots, chatbots,document intelligence)

2. Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

• Create executive-level presentations and GenAI demos/storylines
• Develop compelling AI/GenAI value narratives and use case storytelling
• Support proposal development, especially business case and value articulation

3. Generative AIImplementation(Hands-On)

• Contribute to design and implementation of GenAI solutions, such as:
• Enterprise chatbots and copilots
• Document processing and summarization systems
• Knowledge assistants using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

Familiarity with:

• LLM ecosystems (e.g., OpenAI, open-source models)
• RAG architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering
• AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain or similar)
