Job summary

ProSearch is an established enterprise software company building a focused AI modernization team. We’re seeking an AI Build Engineer already using AI in daily development, with hands-on experience building agents, automations, or multi-step LLM applications.

You will work across Python, .NET, TypeScript, SQL, and legacy enterprise environments to deliver robust AI-powered solutions with reliability and quality from day one.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on AI development experience.
• Experience building agents or multi-step LLM workflows.
• Someone who naturally looks for ways to automate repetitive work.
• Comfort with legacy systems, complex data, and imperfect documentation.
• Ability to move quickly from idea to a working solution while prioritising reliability and quality.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents that interact with tools, APIs, workflows, and enterprise systems.
• Create multi-step agentic workflows using LangGraph, AutoGen, MCP-style interfaces, or similar technologies.
• Develop RAG pipelines and context systems for complex business applications.
• Automate testing, documentation, debugging, and other repetitive engineering work.
