Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an AI/ML engineer to lead the development of intelligent agents for enterprise clients, designing Agent Intelligence with AI/LLM technologies and partnering with sales teams to tailor solutions.

You will own the technical lifecycle, iterate and deploy AI solutions, and travel 25–50% to work directly with customers, delivering high‑quality code and impactful results.

Qualifications

• BS/related engineering degree in CS or equivalent.
• AI native with experience in LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Fluent in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP, and Real-Time Infra.
• Ability to engage with sales teams and customers.
• High-quality code and evaluating AI outputs.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% to work directly with customers.
