Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a data-focused AI engineer to clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets, ensuring input quality and reliable results across projects. You will help deploy AI agents into production environments and integrate them into existing workflows for scalable impact.

You will evaluate model performance, test accuracy, and tweak algorithms for continuous improvement, while maintaining clear documentation of AI architectures, data pipelines, deployment processes, and governance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or a related field.
• Practical experience with LLM-based systems.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in software development, AI, or ML.
• Proficiency in Python; .NET is a plus.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data preprocessing techniques.
• Experience in a cloud environment, preferably AWS; CI/CD, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and monitoring/observability.
• Independent, self-managing contributor.
• Solid understanding of SQL and data modeling; familiarity with NoSQL technologies.
• Problem solver.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
