Job summary

Cincinnatus LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Expert for a remote, part-time role in the United States. You will review conversations on relationships, emotional wellbeing, and beliefs, assessing neutrality, safety and appropriateness while documenting rationale.

You’ll also develop rubrics and reference responses grounded in counseling practice, and collaborate with researchers to keep standards consistent.

Qualifications

• Degree in psychology, counseling, social work, behavioral health or closely related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in mental health, counseling or social services setting.
• Licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, PsyD or PhD) valued but not required.
• Ability to remain neutral and explain professional judgments.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI model conversations on topics like relationships, emotional wellbeing and beliefs for neutrality, safety and appropriateness.
• Identify patterns of concern and document rationale.
• Develop rubrics, guidelines and reference responses grounded in counseling practice.
• Design test scenarios to probe handling of sensitive topics.
• Collaborate with researchers to keep evaluation standards consistent.
