Company: Nfinity Athletic

Location: Remote, with availability during U.S. Eastern business hours

Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week

Compensation: $75–$125 per hour, based on experience

Initial Contract: 90 days, with opportunity for ongoing work

About Nfinity

Nfinity Athletic is an established sports apparel, footwear, and events company serving customers throughout the United States and internationally.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on AI Automation & Systems Integration Specialist to help modernize how our company operates.

We already use numerous business software platforms and AI tools. Our goal is to connect these systems, eliminate unnecessary manual processes, and make our employees significantly more productive.

We are not looking for an AI consultant who tells us what we could automate. We are looking for someone who actually builds the automations.

What You'll Do

You will work directly with our leadership team and department managers to identify repetitive tasks, build practical solutions, and implement AI across our daily operations.

Areas of responsibility include:
  • Automate Salesforce reporting, opportunity updates, follow-up reminders, and pipeline tracking.
  • Identify missing information, overdue activities, and sales opportunities requiring attention.
  • Reduce manual CRM entry and repetitive administrative work.
Finance & Accounting
  • Help automate reporting, reconciliations, invoice processing, and exception identification.
  • Connect information between systems and identify discrepancies before they become larger problems.
  • Build automated financial reports for management review.
E-Commerce & Operations
  • Connect Shopify, order management, inventory, fulfillment, and reporting platforms.
  • Automate inventory alerts, order exception reports, and operational notifications.
  • Reduce manual data entry and duplicate work between systems.
Marketing, Brand & Events
  • Automate event tracking, registration reporting, campaign reporting, and administrative workflows.
  • Organize information from meetings, emails, and project management tools.
  • Help departments track responsibilities, deadlines, and completed work.
AI Implementation
  • Build practical workflows using ChatGPT, Claude, Make, Zapier, n8n, Workato, or similar platforms.
  • Connect applications through APIs, webhooks, and other integration methods.
  • Implement AI assistants and automated reporting tools that employees can use every day.
  • Train employees on completed automations and document how they work.
  • Monitor automations, correct failures, and verify data accuracy.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience implementing business automation in a real operating company.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI tools, workflow automation, APIs, and software integrations.
  • Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Shopify, Google Workspace, Slack, or comparable business systems.
  • Ability to understand a manual business process and independently design and implement a better solution.
  • Practical technical skills, including scripting when existing automation tools aren't sufficient.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with nontechnical employees.
  • A track record of delivering reliable automations that save time or improve business results.
  • Understanding of data security, permissions, and the importance of human approval for sensitive business actions.
What Success Looks Like

During the first 30 days, you will meet with department leaders, identify the highest-value automation opportunities, and put your first working automations into production.

Within 60 days, we expect measurable reductions in manual work across multiple departments.

Within 90 days, we expect a documented portfolio of functioning automations, with demonstrated time savings, improved reporting accuracy, and clear employee adoption.

Every project should have a measurable business result.

Who Will Succeed Here

You are curious, resourceful, technically capable, and comfortable working independently.

You enjoy finding inefficient processes and building solutions that employees actually use.

You are equally comfortable speaking with a finance manager, sales manager, or warehouse operations team.

You know when a straightforward automation is better than a complicated AI solution.

Most importantly, you finish what you start.
