Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of consulting, solution assessment, enterprise architecture, automation, or related technology advisory experience.
• 3+ years with AI-powered enterprise search, knowledge management, or information discovery.
• 4+ years working with enterprise applications, including frontend and backend systems.
• 3+ years reviewing, assessing, or implementing operational automation and/or test automation solutions.
• Experience evaluating AI, automation, and productivity tools for enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of source code management and software development practices.
• Ability to assess solution feasibility and provide rough-order cost/effort estimates.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document current operational processes and automation assets.
• Analyze and organize technical documentation and ensure reliability.
• Review source code repositories and recommend search-ability and usability improvements.
• Evaluate automation capabilities and identify process improvements.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews.
• Analyze environments with databases, frontend apps, and APIs.
• Recommend AI-powered search, knowledge management, and automation solutions.
• Assess AI tools and platforms like Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and similar technologies.
• Provide feasibility, approach, and rough-cost estimates.
• Develop findings and roadmaps to improve knowledge discovery and efficiency.
