Up to $5,000/month USD – Based on Skill, Ownership, and Impact

We’re looking for a sharp, strategic, execution-driven automation integrator to take full ownership of our automation systems.

This isn’t a task-by-task VA gig.

We need someone who can think like an operator, spot inefficiencies, and build fast, clean, scalable automations using:

• GoHighLevel
• Make (Integromat)
• n8n
• ChatGPT / OpenAI API
• (Bonus: Airtable, Slack, Typeform, APIs and webhooks)

What You’ll Actually Do

• Map and build automations across lead flow, follow-up, reporting, and internal operations
• Integrate AI tools like ChatGPT to automate workflows and save time
• Route leads, update CRM fields, send alerts, and auto-categorize based on behavior
• Pull data from GoHighLevel into spreadsheets or dashboards to analyze show rates, close rates, etc.
• Suggest smarter ways to run things — then go build them

The Right Fit

• You’ve built serious automations before — not just followed tutorials
• You know how to use Zapier paths, filters, and webhooks
• You’ve worked with GoHighLevel beyond basic sequences
• You’re proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to fix
• You communicate clearly and document your work
• You can take a messy, half-built workflow and make it better

Compensation

Up to $5,000/month USD depending on skillset, ownership, and how deep you go with us.

This is a contract-to-hire role with potential to grow into full-time if it’s a good fit.
