Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in AI/CS/DS/Statistics or related field preferred
- 2+ years as AI/Automation Specialist or similar role
- 1+ years in lead generation
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and automation platforms
- Strong understanding of AI prompting, data flow and analytics
Responsibilities
- Identify and test new AI tools across marketing, operations and internal workflows
- Design and build automations using low-code platforms
- Develop end-to-end AI-powered processes from planning to optimization
- Collaborate with Creative, Tech and CRO teams to deliver scalable AI systems
- Build workflows using LLMs, AI agents and automation tools
- Create briefs, reports and insights from data analyses
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot to improve efficiency
- Identify bottlenecks and propose AI-driven solutions
- Stay updated on emerging AI tech to keep the company competitive
