You will develop AI and automation solutions, assist with website updates, streamline processes, provide core IT support, and ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a highly technical self-taught background.
• Experience or strong familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT APIs, Claude, etc.) and workflow automation platforms.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of web development (HTML/CSS, WordPress, Webflow, or similar site builders).
• Solid foundational knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, and basic networking.
• A proactive, "efficiency-first" mindset—you see a boring, repetitive task and immediately think about how to write a script or build a tool to fix it.

Responsibilities

• AI & Automation Development: Leverage AI tools and low-code/no-code platforms to automate repetitive data entry, scheduling, and admin tasks for various departments.
• Web Development & Maintenance: Assist in creating, updating, and optimizing websites and landing pages to improve user experience and lead generation.
• Process Streamlining: Shadow departments to identify bottlenecks and engineer tech solutions to speed up workflows.
• Core IT Support: Provide foundational technical support for the office, including troubleshooting hardware, network connectivity, and dental software issues.
• Data & Compliance Integration: Ensure automated workflows and web forms handle data securely and align with HIPAA.
