Job summary

OUTFRONT Media is seeking a Fall Internship to join its AI team within OUTFRONT Technology Services in New York. You will partner with Legal, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, Sales and Operations to identify automation opportunities, build AI agents, and present measurable outcomes to leadership.

This role is ideal for builders eager to deploy AI in real business workflows. You will gain hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Python, and AWS Bedrock while collaborating across

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Python or TypeScript preferred)
• You have built something with AI or LLM tools - a class project, hackathon entry, or side project - and can explain what it does and what you changed when it broke
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical work to non-technical audiences
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps) preferred
• Familiarity with AWS services or Microsoft Azure preferred
• Exposure to prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or agentic AI workflows preferred
• Experience with data visualization tools (eg. Sigma, Power BI, Tableau) preferred
• Very organized and action-oriented with great attention to detail. Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify manual workflows, build AI agents and automations, and present measurable results to leadership.
• Automate manual processes by partnering with business teams and mapping workflows.
• Build AI agents for internal use cases and integrate with platforms like AWS Bedrock, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce.
• Measure adoption, time saved, error reduction, and deliver dashboards/reports for leadership.
