Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, this role builds teams, ensures governance, and aligns with business strategy to deliver value while maintaining quality and security across platforms.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in AI and automation programs.
• Strong background in designing scalable AI/automation architectures.
• Experience delivering secure, reliable production systems.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical portfolio and roadmap for AI agents, automations, and workflows.
• Direct solution architecture, coding, prompt engineering, integrations, testing, deployment, and support.
• Lead cross-functional teams across AI engineering, data engineering, QA, and operations.
• Ensure production readiness with documentation, monitoring, and release controls.
