Qualifications

• 8–10 years of enterprise platform engineering experience with Python.
• Experience designing end-to-end AI testing frameworks and model validation.
• Experience in performance/load testing and scalability validation.
• Experience with ML/AI pipelines, data processing, and API contracts.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end AI testing frameworks with automated test case generation.
• Develop load and performance testing to validate scalability and latency SLAs.
• Build LLM evaluation pipelines integrated into CI/CD for quality gates.
• Own regression testing strategy for AI platform across RAG, API contracts.
